decent honey
this type of honey is alright depending on what your using it for, it has a very strong nutty type taste. i think the sweetness is over shadowed but the other tastes. i used the honey i bought to make mead (wine made from honey). it was an experimental batch, thinking that this type of honey would impart its great macadamia nut taste. i still have some time to go on the mead but so far it hasn't turned out how i was expecting. personally i wouldn't buy this honey again cause of its price and how it interacts when brewing with it.
