Purchased this for my daughter, and she loved it! The fabric is softer and more breathable than expected and feels more like cloth than plastic. Sleeves are a proportional length and the cuffs are cinched but not too tight. To wear over a bulky item like a hoodie, I'd suggest you size up. I wouldn't depend on this jacket to keep me dry in a hurricane, but for good protection against unexpected showers in a compact, easy-to-carry size, it's perfect. Overall, the quality exceeded my expectations for the price.

Got this as a US citizen vacationing in Ireland for a week. Fit perfectly, was a good break from the wind (not the warmest, I'd recommend wearing a sweater under it for sure), and kept me dry. Nice roomy pockets, and when the coat isn't stuffed into its little wristlet pouch, I used the pouch to keep other things dry like my phone! It ripped a bit and I had only been using it for a week, but it was so affordable and easy to squish into my luggage that I don't care, it was so convenient. 10/10 would buy again!

I wanted a lightweight waterproof jacket for Winter we get a lot of rain where I live! I got an Xl according to the size chart but it’s a bit tight for me in the stomach area sooo I ordered another one but sized up in a different color. I’m curvy and thick on my hip/tummy area so keep this in mind when ordering! Super cute jacket though and I can still wear the Xl but more comfortable with xxl.
