I use Rhea in slightly bigger sandwich tins too. Just grease the bottom of the tin put it in the middle and then gently spread it to the edges. And you get a perfect ridged effect round your sponges.

These paper cases for your tins are just perfect. I have purchased the 1lb loaf tin and the round 7" for my baking. Your tins stay nice and the cakes look very professional .Would I recommend 100% yes.
