So goode!!!
I eat keto and Goodees is my "go-to" for baked goods. I can count on the good taste and that they will not impact my blood sugar. I use the packages as stated on them or make waffles with them. I throw in other ingredients as well. You can't mess these up. They are easy, taste like real carbs, and are yummy!

Maybe a couple times a year
Item was tasty, generous chocolate chips. Besides having to bake them which was easy, they are very pricey

Best Keto Cake I've Tried So Far
Good Dee's was recommended to me by my dietician who appreciates that it's a fairly clean ingredient list and is dairy free. I wasn't expecting too much, but have been looking for something that would work for a birthday cake I have to make.Mix arrived quickly (thanks Prime), one package makes one 8" cake. This isn't a super high fluffy cake, but it's easy to make - just add 3 eggs, 1 T of vanilla extract, and 3 T of coconut oil. Personally, I used ground vanilla beans instead of the extract, and added 1 T of orange extract. Popped it in the oven, and in under 30 minutes it was done and cooling.Smelled amazing (orange extract and vanilla beans helped). Best part, it tasted great, tender bite. If anyone remembers when Starbucks used to make those gluten free Valencia Orange cakes - this tasted very similar (again because of the addition of orange extract). Might have been a tad too sweet for me - but I think most won't notice that. For a gluten free, dairy free, grain free, sugar free cake to exist and taste like this --- pretty amazing. I'm going to end up making 3 of them for a three layer birthday cake -- just need to find a good frosting recipe to go along with it.

Alright flavor, sweetener aftertaste
For a few years I've been wanting to try out these because I see them often on Instagram, and when there was a big enough sale on these, I took that chance.Fast forward to today, I finally got to bake them, but with a few additions to what the recipe called for. The recipe calls for some eggs, butter, and vanilla extract. First, I separated the whites from the yolks and beat them until fluffy. Next, I added four tablespoons of vital wheat gluten and xantham gum to help with the texture, which I made this decision based on many of the reviews that talked about the texture. And if you're not gluten free, I would highly recommend adding these, because the texture looked better than seen on these reviews, and felt closer to a real, sugary blondie. I also added a handful, about a 1/4 cup, of chopped pecans as well. After the blondies were finished baking I let them cool for a little while, and after I ate the first slice, the erythritol and stevia blend were very apparent. However, I put them in the fridge, let them cool some more to see if this would help, I ate another slice. Although the flavor of the blondies was a little better, the flavor and cooling effect of the erythritol and stevia were still very much there. For reference, I'm not particularly sensitive to the cooling effect and taste of these sweeteners because I've used them frequently while eating a low carb diet.I'm a little disappointed in these because I'm not sure if I'll be able to finish the batch of blondies I made. I also got the pecan cookie mix so hopefully those will be better, but I don't think I'll be ordering the blondies again. If you have a high tolerance for the cooling effect and taste of erythritol and stevia then you'll probably like these. As for the value, the discounted price I bought these for seems reasonable, but I can't imagine paying the regular price for something I realize now I could make on my own from scratch and also get more out of it.
