Great in plastic -
the china ones might be authentic but they are useless for young children. Pretty good sound too.. This plastic one is unbreakable and very usable

Great beginners Ocarina
I was looking for a cheap and easy to learn instrument, that I could take camping and that I wouldn't worry about. This fits the bill. Was worried that the sound wouldn't be great, but was very happy to find this to be no the case. The ocarina has a lovely sound, is easy to play, and won't break as easily as a stoneware one.

Good beginners ocarina.
If you're not sure you want to play something, this is a nice cheap way to try it out. I've never played music and can't read sheet music at all. But using finger hole images on Google, I was playing star wars in the first half hour. Its one of the easiest instruments to play.Maybe try the 6 or 4 hole for kids to start with.Used a tuning app and the notes play fine. Just one star off because it has a few rough edges on the plastic where they put the 2 halves together in production. But plays fine.

Doesn't sound good
The mouthpiece is blocked. The sound is not clear to hear. A waste of money.

poor finish around the mouthpiece
Poor finish around the mouthpiece, be prepared to spend time sanding smooth or return

Great for children
My husband got a ceramic one, and my 5yo really wanted to play it too. So we bought this one for her, and she's having a lot of fun. I really couldn't tell if the keys are off, it's just sturdy, pretty, and fun.

Absolutely worth three times the price!
I bought this for a five-year-old who showed interest in my own ocarina (a different one). I tried it out briefly to test it, and was surprised at the quality! If you are just a little interested in trying a new instrument, or maybe the ocarina just catches your eye, this is absolutely worth buying.

Holds up with 4 year old
Really great quality for children’s play. We ordered a ceramic one for our 4 year old daughter and of course it broke on the first day. She was devastated so we replaced the instrument with this one and it sounds even better than the ceramic one and holds up to a child’s play.

ok
no idea how to play yet. low notes sounds nice, but the high notes require you to blow harder and dont sound great.
