CTM Businessman Handbag, briefcase, 41x31x18cm, 100% Genuine Leather Made in Italy

I have the red version and it is a great bright leather bag that makes a good statement along with matching red heels! The bag itself has withstood general business travel well and more robust than you might think. Scratches polish out well with dubin. It also sits really well on top a small spinner suitcase with the strap wrapped round the suitcase handle which makes airport and metro dashes a breeze. The zipped back pocket is great for storing passport, flight ticket and mobile for quick but fairly secure access. It sits easily under the airplane seat in front of you. Plus I've received many compliments on how lovely it is.However, the strap is really rubbish and my main reason for reducing a star from what I think is a 4 star bag otherwise! The attachment brackets can't support the weight of a full bag (small light netbook, paperwork and a bit of clobber). It broke within my 2nd trip and returning to sender for repairs would have involved sending it back to Europe. I did not have the time to do that so paid myself to have it sorted locally. Also the strap is very thin and uncomfortable to carry far when slung over your shoulder. The inside of the bag is also of a lower quality than the outside presentation, but then it isn't priced to be.All in all I love the look of this bag and once I had the brackets replaced it is my go to bag of business travel instead of a handbag and laptop bag.

Great. Stitching is quite good, leather is thick enough to protect, but supple enough to function. Internal pockets are sewn well, but there's no padding inside. Good quality leather. Fittings are ok, if a little rattling. I don't really rate the unpadded strap it comes with, and the handle plastic (beneath the leather) has a bit of play, but overall, it's a very nice bag for the price.

Arrived well ahead of time. Good colour. Well made. Stitching is excellent. Hardware is faultless.Roomy, light, excellent case.

Absolutely beautiful briefcase and arrived so quickly. I walked to work with it today and I felt like it was my first day at school. 😂

Would be five stars but the metal part of the shoulder strap broke after 20 yards. Bag including laptop fell to the pavement. Make the strap clips stronger. Not a deal breaker but I'd have liked to know before hand there was a risk of mashing my laptop. Apart from problem with strap. Five stars
