Beautiful book and excellent cd. Very informative. Easy to follow and great diagrams. I'm very pleased with this. Well written.

No videos for print version
Book for beginners but the videos are not available for print version which is a shame as one cannot see how to practice. Buy ebook as it says that videos are available for only e-print

Audio is access included...you try and find it
I bought this book about a year ago and it clearly states on the cover AUDIO ACCESS INCLUDED and inside provides a link...I defy you to actually find anything on the internet. Book is pretty basic and without the audio...well, don't waste your money.
