Guitar Polish 4 oz.

I got this after a bunch of searches on the web. I have a couple of collectible instruments. Even though they are collectible, I don't treat them as museum pieces. On two in particular, the gloss finish had dulled between the pickups from my fingers frequently resting on the guitar surface. Nitrocellulose tends the be a much software finish than the polyurethane you see on most production guitars. I didn't want to try and polish up the dull spots and risk going completely through the finish.This polish did it extremely well. After following the instructions on the bottle, the shine came back to the point where I can't tell where the dull spots were. I wouldn't hesitate to use this on any guitar I own. However, I do have one word of caution. I have a bass that had a satin nitro finish on it and I used the polish on it. It came out to a beautiful gloss finish... That's on me, because I really should have known better. But in the case of this particular instrument I'm going to disassemble it and buff it to a gloss finish all over. I actually prefer it to the satin finish that was originally on it.tl;dr If you want something that will take off a lot of haze and grime, while putting on a brand new looking shine, this polish will do you very well.

I can't imagine a guitar polish better than this. I dinged a $3000 guitar really badly. So badly that I had to sand to make sure the gloss would not continue to chip. The job required I sand with various grits down to wet 3000 grit to remove the chips and protect the the finish. I was left with serious dull blemish that was about 3inches long The nick was about an inch. There was no shine at all . This was a Johnny Marr Fender Jaguar with a Metallic finish. I used the MusicNomad Premium Pro-Strength Guitar Polish 2 times and my guitar was a shiny as the rest of the body. I was just shocked. It looked perfect - the shine was back.My job was not easy and even a bit daring...but for those of you with lots of mild scuffs this polish with bring you back to factory gloss. I cant say enough about it. AMAZING PRODUCT.Lastly I want to mention one great feature is that it has a super fine grit in the polish. It is very obvious this is what helps in the polishing process.This product also could just refresh a dull finish. It is not a rough or aggressive treatment.Get this product. Trust me.

The shine and smooth feel of this product is exceptional. I could literally feel how much easier my hand moved up and down the neck and my fingers floated on the frets in a way that was very noticable as compared to before I used it. Smells good, works great. Exceptional Product!

Purchased Music Nomad Guitar Polish because I saw a video of it being used to remove oxidation from metal parts on guitars such as pickups and tailpieces.I have a few guitars with minor oxidation and one in particular with severe oxidation and rust which is the main guitar I purchased the polish to use on. The polish worked pretty well to remove most of the oxidation from the guitar pickups but there is still some oxidation left. Overall the pickups look so much better than they did before using the polish. The polish also helped clean the oxidation on the tailpiece and the tuners.It didn't make the metal parts on the guitar look "good as new" but it definitely helped clean it up. Would probably work much better on a guitar with less severe oxidation. Definitely recommend this product for giving pickups, tailpiece and tuners a good shine.

I used this to polish the heavily tarnished nickel parts on my les paul. It took a bit of elbow grease, but with this polish and a microfiber I was able to restore them to super shiny

This is the best for cleaning oxidation or tarnish off pickups.I have a beautiful ES335 that I bought new in 1992. The pickups became dull over time. Took it into a guitar center for “set up” and to clean up the pickups and hardware. There was no improvement and I had given up, thought that I would have to replace the pickups so the cosmetics would match the guitar which is beautiful.This worked quickly and with very little effort and the pickups and hardware look close to brand new. It accomplished what the luthier was unable to do. Great stuff!
