Used this everyday for one month. Followed all instructions. First of all this smells terrible because of the material it is made of. Second point is that it is very tight so it tears apart after some time due to the difficulties of taking it off. I bought 2 more from other brand that doesn't smell bad and has zippers... problem solved. This is in the bin now!

So, I ordered an X-large as my waist is 36 inches. The top fits perfectly in width however, the length is an issue. I am just over 6' 2 and it barely goes below my belly button. It would be an awesome product if not for this one inconvenience
