1 year+ update: I still can't say enough good things about this Armoire. I haven't experienced problems other reviews mentioned, such as broken jewelry or trouble opening despite a knob. Jewelry stays in place, the hanging material is still strong, and looks classy.Initial review: This Mirror/Jewelry armoire might be one of the 5 best purchases I've ever made. Fits all my jewelry, even had compartments for those odd shaped items, full length mirror on outside, small mirror at top of inside. Hung it over my closet door so it stays hidden when the door is closed. Super easy to put together and extremely well made. Arrived well packaged, no damaged. This is really a high quality item, I've seen others on the site for much more $$$, but after buying this mirror, not sure what they have that this Mirrotek one doesn't. Also made in USA for those who support American made goods.(I've had this for over 1 month and loving it!)

Very pleased with the jewelry armoire. Arrived quickly and in great condition, very well packaged. We used it as a wall-mounted unit (to avoid things getting tossed around and tangled when hanging on a door) and it was very easy to install. The inside has plenty of space for jewelry, especially nice spacing for necklaces. There are several compartment trays to hold items that cannot be hung in the cabinet. The quality is really nice for the price. Looks like real oak. One note: the instructions state to clean the mirror with vinegar/water only. Not sure what windex would do to it, but it is something to make note of in case you don't read the paper enclosed. The inside of this cabinet is all black, as shown, and is very dark. You will want to mount this where there is sufficient light, or purchase a small battery light for inside the unit. Overall, very happy with this purchase and would recommend this Mirrotek Armoire.

This arrived flawlessly and packed securely but we very easy to remove and install. I hung mine on the wall in under 10 minutes (the box instructions include a template to use on the wall so you know where to drill - duh what an easy thing to do - why don't other products have this!). There is plenty of room for my things, though a couple longer necklaces still needed to be doubled up to store. I have a little trouble using the earring storage for post style jewelry, and I opted to just skip putting hoops on the earring spots and put them in one of the bracelet trays, but it is perfection for any type of hook earring. Plenty of room, reasonably well made (yeah, in the USA) and looks nice. I have mine on the wall just inside my closet door. This consolidated four other storage items: a belt/necklace hook attached to our closet configuration, a belt hanger thingy that I used for bracelets, and two different small jewelry boxes that cluttered up my dresser. Room looks better and all my items are in one place. Loads of ring storage - I can buy more! :)

Purchased this Armoire to replace a stand-alone jewelry chest in my master bath. We placed it directly on the wall and it was fairly easy to install, although you will need a drill and possibly another person to assist. I think the hardest part was getting it perfectly level. DON'T try to eyeball it! Use a level and you you will be happy!Holds tons of jewelry and gave me a chance to clean out all my old stuff while switching stuff over to this new item. Really love that it is multi-functional. The mirror seems to be good quality and I don't see any distortion in it. There is even a mirror (small) on the inside so you don't have to close the door to see how the jewelry looks when trying it on.Only negative I have is that it could use a handle, or knob, to pull the door open. Otherwise you are using the tips of your fingers or fingernails to get the door open. I will definitely install one.I was afraid it would arrive with the mirror shattered, but it was packaged very well and double boxed.Very happy with purchase.

once I received this, I was slightly disappointed at the quality. Says "made in the USA" but the quality seems more like "made in China". Not awful, but just cheaper than I expected for $120. (and I've seen this item elsewhere for $180+) Glad I didn't pay THAT! Still, the "printed" wood covering on the frame was a bit lame. I added a small handle to the side to make it easier to open the magnetic latch. Does the job, just a minor disappointment. On the plus side, lots of storage for your jewelry.
