Poor Quality
I have been installing aftermarket HID kits for the past 12 years and this kit is without a doubt the worst I have experienced.-The ballast although light weight is flimsy and feels cheap and offers no means to secure/mount other than the provided (bad) double-sided tape.-The crimps for the connectors were poorly done and loose.-The connectors themselves were of poor quality and required trimming away excess plastic/mould errors in order for them to plug together securely.-The bulbs or ballast cause the lights to flicker. This result was seen both in the "plug and play" installation method as well as using an independent circuit with Bosch relay. i.e. It's not the cars fault. That said, this was the cheapest kit as far as pricing is concerned that I've ever purchased and just comes to show that you get what you pay for. Conclusion: Would not buy again. Recommend spending the extra $20-30 on a higher quality kit.

Buyer read this first
Pro: the price is right sure....Con: It's a gamble with this brand as to components being DOA ...I have a electrical license and know how to install. Both bulbs were good, bought a separate relay harness for full power so there won't be warm up time, flickering, and possible ballast chatter, only one side worked. Checked polarity and Continuity, definitely got a bad ballast right out of box. I'll change or add to review once I get the company to square up. As of now look online at all the bad customer support reviews xentec has. Amazon may not want to do business with such companies. Google ripoff report dot com

Low beams are 12000k but the high beams are not???
Dissapointed that the ligh/low beams are not both the 12000k as ordered. The low beams are the 12000k and the high beams are the normal 4300k. The next dislike is the plug from the kit to the harness to the vehicle seems very loose and not a water tight seal. I just wrapped them both in electrical tape to prevent issues. Have had this set installed for over 1 month with no issues.

Suprised by the quality and ease of installation for this price.....
Honestly, I didn't expect much. But the color is pure white, no hint of blue at all. I would compare the "color" to true OSRAM CBI bulbs that I had in my Infiniti. Working as expected, easy installation, just be sure to aim them down like 5 full turns, or you'll be blinding other drivers but still be able to see much better than factory halogens. Plug and play, no relay harness kit needed (so far). Could end up taxing the fuse later down the line, but then you can get a relay harness and wire the power directly to the positive of the battery and have in-line fuses for each side. That remains to be seen. I'd just get another set if either side gave me issues (given the price of the set).

Very little quality control- Customer service helpfull
Updates: (Original review below)*Update 1: May 29th - Xentec was very fast to respond to a message I had sent them. They issued a replacement ballast immediately as I had already performed the diagnostics of switching sides etc. I have yet to install the new ballast, will update the review further post install. Not very satisfied with this kit at all. 1 ballast is extremely loud, and 70% of the time the bulb on that side does not ignite. I have to switch my headlights on and off multiple times before the bulb will ignite.

These are not good for a 2011 or newer Honda Pilot
These are not good for a 2011 or newer Honda Pilot. Not even with the relays, not with the capacitors. With the auto light setting the lights come on when the keyless is used to unlock the car. Once you start the car, one, two or more lights go out. Then they need a cool down time before they will come back on after the on and off exercise. If they come back on at all.Not for the pilot

Bad experience 1 light went out then the other never ...
Bad experience 1 light went out then the other never really got to use them. I didn't have time to return I believe time ran out connections are horrible no instructions loose wires you have to figure out which is the correct cable The 3 prong adaptor should already come ready to plug. This item surely came from china.

AFTER THE LIGHTS WERE INSTALLED THE RIGHT SIDE BURN OUT SAME DAY.
I am really disappointed about the lights, we just received them on Sunday, opened the box and they looked like if they were used before or returned by someone else but I said to my self that maybe the packing wasn't too high Quality so me and my husband went to install them yesterday Monday-Mar 19, 2018 and the mechanic told us the same thing we spoke in the house about the lights but I said to him the same thing I told my husband about the packaging; by the time I got BACK HOME AFTER THE LIGHTS WERE INSTALLED THE RIGHT SIDE BURN OUT AND ITS NOT TURNING ON ANYMORE.I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED.PICS WILL BE UP ABOUT THE DELIVERY AND THE CAR TODAY AFTER WORK.
