Pen UNO is a sleek and super minimal solid aluminum pen. It uses Pilot's Hi-Tec C Coleto gel ink cartridge which is widely available in a variety of colors and line-weights. With only 5.3 mm in diameter, Pen UNO is one of the thinnest pens in production. The grip section is wider for a very comfortable writing experience and also doubles as a twisting cap to protect the pen tip when not in use. A few turns of the barrel will open or close the pen. Pen UNO is the study of liberating a pen of unnecessary parts and ornaments. The design aims to be a simple yet powerful solution focused on the details. "It looks pretty cool actually and definitely catches your attention with how sleek it is...what makes this pen unique is how you retract the tip. Rather than a click mechanism of some sort, the refill stays fixed and stationary in the barrel while the user twists the threaded grip section until the barrel moves its way up and the tip is exposed. Pretty neat!" - The Clicky Post

Currently unable to change ink cartridge. Not sure if its glue in or what
I sketch a lot and enjoy how this is a thinned style of pen but if it wasn't for the grip/twist cap it would be to thin to use for long use for me bit might be fine for others. I was wanting to change the ink to another color and I went to unscrew the top but when even pushing the ink tip on a hard surface it wouldn't budge. I didnt want to push it to much because I would like to use the ink cartridge at another time but it might not be an option if I need to push it to hard and ruin it but get it out. Other then that it's a unique and decent pen. The ink cartridge that is in there is shown as the kind that is used in the multicolored pens that have the 5 to 6 colors which is a clickable pen so no the cap doesnt need to be fully closed to keep the ink from drying out if you use it enough.

I like the way it writes but it just fell apart on me and the ink bled out into my clothes.

Gorgeous but fussy
I have to say this is one of the most aesthetic pens I own. I love the ink it uses and it writes beautifully. Only con that I've noticed is the screw cap. It's not very intuitive to keep scrolling back and forth, and it definitely is more time consuming than just pulling a cap. It's a great pen to gift to designers, but overall on the functionality spectrum, not very time efficient.
