Ive been taking these for years and the price has been getting expensive. This was reasonable for me to purchase.

I’m re-buying this because the first bottle ran out. I have unfinished bottles and bottles of supplements under my sink that I tried but found they do nothing discernable for me. But this? I finished it. I haven’t had to worry about constipation at all since I started taking these. I love that they’re 500 mg instead of the typical 250 mg dose. One’s all you need. I’m buying a second bottle for my 18 yr old because he’s been having the same digestive issues. Well, you don’t really need the other ingredients if you just take this!

I take 1000mg of magnesium every night to help with leg cramps. These are the 1st that I have found that you can break in half for easier swallowing. These work great! A great bargain at this price.
