Great size. Not heavy or chip prone like stoneware. Fortunate, because the packing wasn't great - unwrapped in a too large box with no padding.

Pleasantly surprised
This plate is sturdy and was very reasonably priced. Held our 23 lb bird at Thanksgiving with no problem.

Great size and price!
I was searching for about two months online and all the platters for outdoor were expensive. Then I found this one and it is nice and large and can be used for several different purposes there’s also room to put several different dishes on here for sauces or dips etc.
