not bad
this is the kind of blade you'll find that a lot of gas stations but don't be so quick to judge for an inexpensive blade it's surprisingly well made it looks really cool easy to sharpen and has a fairly sturdy lock for the price point

I carry this knife every single day, bought it to replace my last rainbow anodized knife because I really wanted the assisted opening tab on the back since I'm not crazy about the one that you're meant to use your thumb on. These knives are gorgeous and serve an excellent purpose- having the clip visible on my bag or pants/jacket pocket has a deterrent effect on mischief. Just ask the guy who didn't leave me alone at the bus stop. You whip out a pretty blade like this and start cleaning under your nails with it like I did and they just sorta turn away and stop trying to sit next to you when there are a dozen other empty seats. The factory edge is not terrible, but the first thing I did was sharpen it myself. I have been carrying it for several months with no problems, but have not had to use it for anything too grueling (I have a different knife for dirty work hahaha) One side note, the finish on this is slightly matte because it is a brushed metal, not fully gloss smooth, which dulls the look slightly but I tend to like it better because little scratches and smudges are inconsequential.

Really Nice Knife
I am really picky about knifes and when my old knife needed replacement I first purchased a Kershaw Cryo II. A nice knife but I found the 3.25" blade and associated knife body too large to pocket carry daily. I saw this knife which is smaller and the rainbow design of the case was a real eye catcher.Upon receiving the knife, it is truly beautiful. The spring assisted knife opening is very easy to operate and once open the blade is secure until you are ready to store it. The knife feels great in your hand an I have already received multiple complements from folks who have seen the knife.A great buy!April 2021 Update: I continue to use the knife daily and am still very happy with the purchase. Looks as good as when I purchased it. When the knife gets dull it is very easy to sharpen and it stays sharp for a long time.

Spring assisted-opening, heavy, 3.4oz. I'm suprised.
Spring assisted-opening, heavy, 3.4oz. I'm suprised.I did not read the description carefully so I did not expect the extra width, weight, or spring-assist. The clip is a little thin and weak, its edges are square but not sharp - that could be good.Blade about 2-7/8" long, body width 3/8" without studs or clip. I think this would be nice to just unscrew the studs off since it's got the back flipper to open it. [Edit: the studs have no threads so they twisted off with pliers and got mangled. I prefer the knife without the bulky studs.]There is a thin liner which probably contains the spring track, about 1/16" thick, probably removable and you would lose the spring-assist and get thinner but it's not clear if anything would then keep the knife closed - there might be a bump on the blade lock that MIGHT keep the blade closed. I'll update if I take it apart.Beautiful finish, obviously. Only a few tiny dots. The blade stays centered in the 30-40 times I've opened. Lockup is firm, no play. Lock release is a little stiff but it's also brand-new.It feels very good in my hand. I would like a version with no spring, a bit thinner.

Love it
Came exactly as pictured and on time. The color is just as brilliant as in the photo. It's the perfect size for me, not too big to clip on your pocket and carry with you. It's super sharp and kind of hard to close, but like any knife it will become easier once you do it a bunch. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful but very dull
I got this knife as a gift for someone and seeing her reaction to it was pretty cool. The finish on the knife is truly stunning, and despite what I heard in other reviews, the finish seems to be very high gloss, almost perfectly mirror reflective, to me. The locking mechanism is sturdy. Even after opening and closing it about 100 times so far, still no wobble in the blade at all. The blade itself isn't great. The primary bevel on the edge is uneven on either side. The bevel is also very steep which means even when the blade is professionally sharpened it wont cut as well as a shallower angle knife. All in all its a beautiful display piece that could be used as a tool, but there are better tools out there.

Good knife - Good price
I bought it to replace a similar Kershaw knife that I lost somehow. This one is larger, heavier than my old one, but will fill the bill nicely. The Kershaw was pretty pricey, so I'll give this one a try and hopefully won't lose it; if I do, I'm not out much money. Some reviewers had problems working the mechanism or complaining of scratches. I have had none. The blade could be sharper, but that's remedied quickly; it flips out smoothly and the anodized coating is colorful and scratch-free so far. Only time will tell.

I know
It was only a 10.00 knife but the lock was broke. Everything else was nice. It was sharp but if it folded back on your thinking it was locked could make for a day in the ER
