Where can I find the outdoor version on these?

Not sure this is the answer you are looking for. We installed these on a metal box, which is used outside on concrete. We always make sure we keep the casters greased and check the fasteners for tightness. Been working well so far. Hope this helps.

Is the mounting plate the same size for both 4” and 5” wheels?

Not 100 percent sure. When you click on the 5 inch or the 4 inch selection picture, and scroll down through the pics, the bolt spacing template picture has the same specs. I would suggest looking on the Headbourne website to make sure.
