5MP Cameras are stunning
This package is truly what quality is about. The cameras are top notch and easy to mount, adjust, and operate. The POE switch and NVR are also high quality items, and are very easy to operate and understand. I set my security camera components up and utilizing an Ethernet to WiFi bridge, easily connected to my home network. The video from the 5 MP cameras is stunning, and the auto discover software made it a breeze changing the default IP addresses. I had a couple of technical questions of the GW Staff, and they were answered very quickly and with enough detail to fully satisfy my requirements. So far, they have been nothing but professional. I am 100% pleased with this system and would definitely recommend this product. One last thing though, the set up and installation I'd really not for the novice. If you don't have any computer networking experience, I would recommend you ask a knowledgeable friend, as you have to build your own Cat5 cables as well. Good luck and enjoy the GW Product line.

I can't say anything really bad about the product, but it was no picnic setting it up. Video quality is fair but not as good as I expected.

Good quality for a home.
Its a good system. Had one problem with the admin login but with the help of the U.S tech support we figured it out. Have the online app so I can check them anytime anywhere. The NVR has a fan so you can hear it. I wanted to make sure no one could find it if they broke into my house so that was a little challenging. Over all I would recommend to a friend.

Awesome customer Service!!
I ordered this system a little over a year ago. It’s a great, easy system to operate. HD cameras are easy to adjust. I recently had some problems with some of the cameras. Called GW for support, dealt with Laura. She was a total professional!!!!!, trouble shooting my system. GW says to send the cameras back to them so they can take care of the problem.Thx Laura

BEST SECURITY EQUIPMENT AND SUPPORT.
Bought this product for my home and I could not be more pleased on its performance. The tech support is the best I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend GW Security and their product.
