Great sleep aid
Works great and doesn’t leave you groggy. The flavor is also pretty good.

I waited a few months before writing this review. This product really works for me. I mix it with a small amount of warm water about 30 minutes before bed. It seems to help me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. I feel more relaxed after drinking it. Will definitely be buying again! Also, I don’t use it every night…maybe just a few times a month when I feel the need arises.

Really works!
This supplement really works wonders. It was recommended by my general physician for sleep. There is even magnesium in the capsules to reduce the leg cramps in the middle of the night. Highly recommended!!
