They have a pocket inside for a pad
These are thin pants but they do have a little pocket to put a pad into! I cut some towelling up for chloes as they will wash and re use. I ordered the XL size ( she’s a jack Russell x) bit porky and these fit perfect so they are very small fitting! So get biggest you can.

Not worth the money
Bought this for my standard daschund and needless to say that it was a waste of money. It does not cover the needed area. If you put a pad on the panties it slips away, but again, it does not reach.Might be good for senior dogs if they pee on themselves, but not good for bitches when on they cycle.Bought an M size but this fits a small dog.The string that keeps the panties fit is from rope that will simple get loose and the panties will just fall off.

Worth the wait for delivery. We have a disabled cat that kept getting out of his nappy. Tried everything. These cover his nappy and once again he is comfy and we have less messes. Add on. Tiny now a fatter cat so that please boght again larger size

they are dog pants so no good for a dog with a small bladder problem. I would send them back but cannot be bothered so stuck in draw.

Don't waste your time or money unless your dog weighs about 2kg. So small that is a joke!
XL for what, a hamster or a dog?My pup is a small 5 month old, 7kg terrier but these are ridiculously small that they won't even go over her tiny little legs!

Useless and size don’t correspond to reality
Size do not correspond to reality we got a XL for our dog who measures 35cm at waist but it doesn’t fit her. Very cute and nice to see but they don’t absorb anything, and they are so tight you can’t even put a sanitary pad inside Hence they are useless.

Disappointed with product
Bought the extra large for my Jack Russel pup for first season. Very small and not a good fit. Found my grand daughters pull ups are better just make a hole for the tail
