UPDATE: the vendor has replaced the defective battery at no additional cost to me which I appreciate.// I wish I could get my money back or a replacement - the product support window is 6 months and I only found out yesterday from the person I bought this for, that the battery had begun to swell and it held no charge despite saying 'battery health excellent'.

Perfect fit for the battery. This was easy to install. Laptop required a bit more work than just pop old battery out and put the new one in but fit perfect

The battery was purchased on May 24th, 2021, and installed into a Dell Lattitude E5470. It worked well until near the beginning of November when it stopped lasting for more than 45 minutes. I only plugged it in when it needed to be. I didn't leave it plugged in ever. Just 2 weeks ago I noticed the battery was bulging because my computer case was being deformed. Here in the pictures, you can see how the battery failed.I no longer trust batteries purchased from this company.

Check your actual battery before ordering. Claimed to match Latitude E5570, but is not the same form factor or voltage as the one in the computer, so we did not try to use it, and will return it. I do not know if all E5570s have the same model battery.

Replacement was straightforward. Did in less then 10 minutes.

The battery was delivered quickly, fit into place without issue, and worked as expected. The tools provided with the battery are a useful bonus: a very small phillips screwdriver and a plastic pry-tool. These will go into my backpack for travel support.

The receptacle on the the battery for the cable that attaches inside the Dell Precision 3510 laptop is several inches away compared to the factory installed battery. Thus I now have to order a cable that will reach across the body of the battery. Totally asinine engineering on the part of the battery manufacturer. With the longer internal cable which I just ordered for $12, I have no doubt it will work, but would have preferred to know this up front.

Après 30 jours la batterie ne fonctionne plus, impossible de la retourner... Battery non détecté par le portable. Même en essayant dans un autre portable identique, elle ne marche plus...****Rectification, après discutions avec le vendeur, il m’a remplacer la pile défectueuse et la nouvelle fonctionne #1. Très bon service après-vente.

Seriously, the kind of question Amazon is writing in that box to inspire us in our answers. "What usage did you buy this product for?" It is a laptop battery, did not try to start my car with it yet...Good quality, I get 3 hours on this new battery. Does not overheat. Perfect for me...

Laptop would not register the battery. Dell makes it very difficult for batteries to be third party. I ended up having to buy an OEM Dell battery.

Seemed to work fine for the first couple of days, but running a demanding app on it just kills your laptop. Booting Minecraft just immediately powers off the laptop. From my experience, seems like the battery cannot handle a spike in load and hence the voltage drops too fast thus killing the machine. Will speak to seller and update review.

I can charge it only to 89% so far.
