The lock seems sturdy and the finger print scanner works. I really wish the documentation was better. I think I set up the lock ok, but too many random beeps and lights flashing during the setup.There is no feedback to tell me everything went well.If the reader stops working and I am using the lock on my bag, there is no fall back plan to get my stuff out of my bag.

It’s a great lock for what it is. This is not the lock to secure your most prized positions.This is the lock to deter others from just walking away with your stuff. The difference between a bike that is just sitting there or one that has this lock. The lock on your gym lockers that items go missing vs this lock so your items doesn’t get gone thru.However the finger print reader has so far been excellent, lock hold a charge well and makes not having to carry another key or remember another code very handy.

This thing is a piece of crap! The battery had lost power and despite charging, it still does not work. It worked well until the internal battery wore out. Stick with a small mechanical combo lock, much more reliable, at least you will be able to get it open when needed. Don’t waste the money on this.

My index print would work 10 percent of the time only. I liked the device but it just didn’t work for me

I like the ease and quickness of it, even if there was the stress of an emergency you will get it opened right away and won’t be fumbling with a key or code.

This lock came without instructions and opens for any fingerprint. It would be great if they would put a link to the instructions in the listing.

This lock works very well, I use it every day to lock up my bike.
