Super-sharp and great for cutting fruits and vegetables
Great paring knife. Super-sharp which seems to last for quite a while. I usually replace them every year because the price is fair and less expensive than having them sharpened. I prefer the serrated knife that has a pointed tip but unfortunately that wasn't an option with my most recent purchase. Hopefully the manufacturer will bring that version back. I tend to use this knife to cut up fruit or slice smaller sized tomatoes and it works perfectly for that. The grip is good and I like the color options.

Nice little knife
Onions, cucumbers, tomatoes - this little knife is perfect for slicing up bits and pieces for cooking up a meal. It's not going to hack through beef ribs, but anything that goes with those ribs is fair game.Thin blade, quite sharp (although as a woodworker I always sharpen a bit more), lightweight and a grippy handle. I've been cooking since my Mama taught me as a child, so with 60+ years of making food I'm quite satisfied with this little beastie.

So far so good
I needed a decent paring knife. This one was recommended by America's Test kitchen. I was surprised at the plastic handle and am afraid to put it in the dishwasher, but overall, I like it. It fits nice in my hand, the plastic grip is a little textured to prevent slippage and its very sharp. A comfortable nice size for paring. I like it.

All function, not beauty
These things just work and are so handy around the kitchen. Very simple and lightweight but they hold up well. They retain an edge much better than expected and are easy to sharpen. I have about 6 of these in different lengths and edge shapes/types, all have been great.
