Nice and cool.
I love this air conditioner. It has a strong fan and keeps my place very cool. However I can criticize a couple things:1. The remote control is absolutely hideous. The sensor is is off and I have clean vision right to the unit. It does have an app that people complain about, but I think the device shuts the Wi-Fi off in order to save energy or something so you have to click the room and then back to the air conditioner to get the app to work fine.2. Yes it is loud especially when the fan is high. however it is a 10,000 BTU air conditioner and the noise is acceptable because it does keep me very cool even in 90° weather.

Perfect for a small room.
I've had this A/C for about a month now, and so far it's perfroming better than expected. Most A/C's--regardless of how "quiet" they claim to be--are anything but quiet. I've had a problem over the years with various models in that the filter always seems to vibrate against the front vents, making a loud buzzing sound. This one did the same thing. So I did what I have always done, and put a small piece of foam rubber in between the slots of the vent covering. In the past, this helped, but was still annoying. When I did it to this A/C, it actually got quiet, so much so that it's hard to tell when the condenser is running because it makes the same soft sound as the fan. For the first time in years, I don't have to turn my TV volume up because of the racket. Whoever invents a slide-in filter that can be in place and not make noise should patent it!For a small unit, there are a lot of extra features and settings that I'll never use, because all I care about is the "cooling" mode and the fan speed. The extra features translates to a very complicated remote control that has a LCD that could be an airliner control panel. It's more of a bother to try and jump through all the hoops to get to the right setting, so I just use the front touch-control buttons. For most people, if the remote got lost or broken, it wouldn't really matter because the touch-control buttons offer the same options--just a matter of cycling through the modes. If you want a small, very quiet window air-conditioner this would be an excellent choice. It's easy to install, and is fairly lightweight, so one person can do it.

It's Nice & Cold - But A Sluggish Thermostat Response
This air conditioner blows out blessedly cold air. And it is as quiet as I hoped it would be. But the thermostat is a problem. You set it to a given temperature & it doesn't seem to know when to come back on again, & when to go off. I keep having to wait for an off cycle & then manually turn the unit off & turn it back on again. Then it resets itself for another couple hours. "Set it & forget it" leaves me with a house that is way too warm, especially in Eco mode.Another issue with this AC is the obscurely designed remote. It's not user intuitive & you find yourself just using the main controls because it's easier. The remote is useless to me because I have to aim it directly at the AC for it to work, otherwise the remote & AC are not on the same page together. It's so much easier just to use the main controls. Some reviewers complained about the bright blue display obscuring the buttons in a dark room. If you take your left hand & cup it over the digital display - it will divert enough light to the controls to operate them in a dark room with your right hand.It cools well when it cools, but resetting it several times a day to get it to come back on again to reach the desired room temperature when it's hot in the house gets old. It came packaged in a flimsy box that fell apart during shipping & returning it would be an incredible hassle. So they lost 1 Star.

Should have bought this long ago.
This unit is small and gets the job done with ease. It did take me a little while to get it setup with my SmartLife app, which is not the app they help you set up in the instruction. I just prefer to use the SmartLife app so with some patience and determination I was able to get it going. It only took a few minutes to figure it out so no big deal.I also like the look of the unit. I mean it's a window AC and for it not to be ugly is quite the accomplishment.I am using this in my Craft/Maker/Hobby shop and is not the best insulated part of my home plus it has a 3D printer giving off heat most times of most days with the bonus of a really hot summer it got the job done and kept the room cool while also reducing humidity. The room is 10 x 20 foot but there is another 10 x 20 foot room opposite of a partitioning wall that has no insulation at all in one section. Other than the missing insulation the wall is solid from floor to ceiling and from the front to the back of the room and this AC has somehow managed to cool that room considerably this summer.I recommend this little AC unit and it has been great. I also love that with the app I can schedule it easily from my phone to autoadjust in many ways but my favorite is when it comes on when I turn the lights on in the room. The remote that came with the unit is nice as well but I honestly have only used it once when I first installed the batteries. After that I have used nothing but the app or the smart scenes.

Blows Cold and is Reasonably Quiet
I received this in 3 days and in good condition. At first I thought there were some dents in it but it is built with some bulges in the case to reduce the case size and it is very compact. It blows very cold and is reasonably quiet although like any AC with plastic grills it does buzz a bit. The only negative I had was that it is supposed to be WiFi controllable from an app but when I went to the Apple App store, it said the app is not supported in my region and would not let me download it. Since it was quite a bit cheaper than the other Wifi controlled AC units it didn't mind this so much.
