Great until it died
This product seemed to be great when it arrived. Within a couple of weeks, it stopped working (as if it didn't receive power). Amazon quickly replaced it. The replacement worked great for a week. Then the arms would randomly open and close. Eventually, it died, too.The company and Amazon stand behind the product. But 2 failed products in a row caused me to try a different product.The suction mount is incredibly sturdy, and the concept is great. Just need to work on the quality of the electronics and mechanism.

Serves its purpose I suppose
Watch my video and you'll see what I'm about to say.I'll start off with the good the move to the bad. (Pros) It charges my phone well and I like the looks. (Pro/con) It grips the phone great...when it doesn't randomly open up while I'm driving; sending it to the ground. (Cons) It's a 50/50 shot that it will clampdown on my phone or open up when I'm trying to get my phone. I can hear the gears/motor trying to open or shut but the "arms" will only wiggle or move half the needed distance.I really had high hopes for this item. It always changes wonderful and when it I feels like working, completely, it's what I wanted... that being said I'm very disappointed with this product overall. I maybe, got a bad unit but I can't confirm that.

Charges slow but sticks well
One of the sensors doesnt work. But good thing its got 2 of them(besides when it triggers when it starts to charge) that grib the phone.Of course this thing gets hot on your dash. So i lightly put air conditioner on it. And it makes it go haywire and open and close repeatedly. I would look for another one possible. But mine still works besides these issues. Charges very very slowly

Dead in a couple weeks
It alright for a phone holder if your phone isn't too heavy but it will quit charging in a few weeks and warranty says to contact manufacturer but does not list manufacturer info.

Good mount, but unhooks the phone for no reason
Over all very good quality, I like it. but my biggest gripe about this product is, after using it about a month it would randomly stop charging then start back charging, start back, stop, ect. And it would randomly unlatch the phone causing it to fall out.

Great concept, material failure.
I bought this holder/charger in July and it’s now November. I really liked this holder/charger until the suction cup started to sag causing the whole unit to bounce and eventually fall off. It’s made from a soft rubber that stretches over time, see the photo. The vent mount won’t work for me in my vehicle so I’m stuck wanting to use this but can’t make it work for me.

Does NOT hold the weight of a Iphone Xs Plus
It won't hold the weight of my phone no matter how hard I screw the holder in. It just drops down and I can't see my screen. Will be returning.

It wouldn't hold my phone. The whole thing would fall off while driving. I returned it.
