felt it was used, open but maybe customs. It frozen and unplug amd change battery. return how?
The product came in with a damaged crate and opened. Not what I expected, not being a touch screen, and know it's completely frozen. I've unplugged it for a day for it to reset but it's still frozen and when it kind of work it was super slow. I'm willing to get this swaped out. But it needs to work faster and not freeze. Ill pay for the touch screen upgrade but it need to work. What I received looked as if it was a display model and used. I don't have pictures of the crate due to the fact that the shipping company took it.Can someone please help
