I was looking for a hanger for travel to use in my suitcase's garment bag section, and this works perfectly! I had been using the simple metal hangers one gets with their dry cleaning, and that worked ok but the pants kept sliding off when I used them during my trips, so I was looking for something slim, sturdy, and would keep the pants from sliding off. This Tumi hanger is exactly what I was looking for, and more--the rotating hook at the end was something that I didn't think I needed but also works great...you can use the short hook when hanging inside the suitcase and rotate it back to the full-size hook for hanging at home or in a hotel closet!

As advertised and arrived two days early. These hangers might seem a little pricey, but they are well made and really enhance the utility of an expensive (but quality) TUMI bag. Now, if I can just remember not to leave them in a hotel closet …

So it's a TUMI and it's expensive. With that said it's very high quality and sturdy. I'm using it along with an Eagle Creek garment sleeve. I needed a shorter hanger so that my suit hangs within the sleeve and not have the bottom part hang outside and get wrinkled. So I'm using the more smaller, shorter, square looking hanger option. The hanger is also heavy so if you have weight concerns and need every oz. be aware. I'm writing this before my trip so I won't know if it will work to my expectations. But based on what I see so far, it was exactly what I was looking for. If things turn out really well or it really did the job well, I'll come back and provide an update.

Nice travel hangers

Very sturdy, do the job, worth the $.

When using the suiter in a Tumi suitcase or bag, you really need these hangers to effectively maximize the space and prevent wrinkles. They're designed with a pivoting, swiveling, rotating hook; normal hanger hook for a rod, and a smaller square hook for being attached on the special Tumi suiter device. The hanging mechanism is patented, and designed to move around and minimize wrinkles. I'm not sure exactly how that works in a bag, but I've found it to be highly effective. Additionally, the pants clips do a great job of keeping pants on the rod and properly creased when traveling. These hangers are quite well designed, but priced at a premium, which is why I'm giving them three stars. From what I know, these used to be included with the purchase of a Tumi suitcase, but are now an add-on, which is ridiculous when they're essential for proper use of a roller bag's key feature.
