ive ordered this product several times works great! i have an active german shepard whom i couldnt keep weight on this works and he loves it will eat it off the spoon.

Great supplement for the sick or malnourished, to help maintain weight. It's a little on the goupy side, but it easily sucks right up into a syringe. My dog, who is suffering from cancer, is willing to take this, even when he has little or no appetite for his food. WARNING: This stuff is very rich and may cause diarrhea or loose stools, esp. if this is the only thing your pet is taking at time. I recommend giving in addition to other foods, if at all possible. While it may not be a 100% preventative, it certainly seems to help with the wasting affects of cancer cachexia. I researched several similar products before choosing this one. I ordered the gallon-size from Revival Animal. I also highly recommend one of their in-house products called Doc Roy's Forti-Cal gel in the 4.25 oz tube. Compare it to Nutri-Cal or Nutri-Stat and it is a similar, quality product for much, much less. You can basically get two tubes of Doc Roy's Forti-Cal for the price of one of the others mentioned. It is flavorful and my dog will readily take it. I often drizzle it on a peanut butter sandwich cut into small squares and he loves it! He sometimes even prefers it over cooked chicken breast etc. Thus far, I am very satisfied with the products I have purchased from Revival, and very happy that Amazon does business with this merchant.
