Have ised these filters the last few years. They seem be working well. Customer service replaced a shipment that was damaged in transport. Very fast and easy process.

Good value, especially compared w getting a filter from the company that services your burner, which will cost you more. DIY instead, install is a matter of removing a cover, laying the filter correct side up for airflow, and replacing the cover. 1 minute at most.

My apparently basically install a spaghetti strainer as a filter in my apartment. Everything in my apartment was constantly covered with dust... after reading that you have to dust *significantly* less with a MERV12 filter upgrade, I decided $30 was more than worth the investment (vs constantly dusting and vacuuming). WOW these make a MASSIVE difference in the amount of dust that settles in your house. HIGHLY recommended.One important note, while my apartment installed 1" filters, the filter bracket could actually accept 2" filters if you removed some metal adapter shelves that were screwed in. Check your filter bracket and carefully measure everything before ordering! Nordic lists the nominal size and the ACTUAL size.

Easy to use. One was slightly crushed during delivery, which made it slightly difficult to put into the furnace, but it performs well and the others are in perfect condition. We have had wildfire smoke here and this helps filter out the smoke particles that do make it inside, helping keep the air fresh for my family.

I have purchased this product (20x25x2 MERV 8) and others from Nordic Pure before. I was able to compare the new filter to one from a previous order. This time the filters arrived in an unbranded brown box instead of the usual white branded box. Inside, the filters were of noticeably worse quality (though there was a loose flier declaring they were from Nordic Pure). They look as though they were made by a different manufacturer. The printing on the filters was obviously different. The pleats of the filters were unevenly spaced and somewhat deformed, the cardboard was torn and crumpled in several places, and the filter media itself was not as consistent in its weave; it appeared more open and was more transparent than the previous filter when backlit. Very disappointing change for the worse.

Really helps during allergy season. I run the central fan nonstop to keep my indoor air clean. Change every 60 days and my allergy problems are greatly reduced.

These filters apparently do very well in filtering as we're both allergic to dust mite and pet dander and have a cat. The carbon part does work for capturing smell as well. However, after only 3 weeks of use, they clogged up to a point, although not very apparent visually (shined a light at both a used filter and a new one and compared how much light got through, and visible dust level), the filter restricts furnace air flow to a point which after about 1-hour of continuous running (this happens after we leave home during the day and turn down the heat and turning the heat back on when arriving home), the furnace would overheat and the limit switch would kick in and shut it. At this price point I'd expected better design that has much higher dirt capacity without much additional restriction over time of use.

This filter is the perfect fit for my furnace, however it is too soon since installing to give an assessment of the performance.

These filters are exactly the same as the ones that came with the furnace. Three come in sturdy box so they travelled well and there was no damage.

Used for Furnace / Airconditioning system - But it is only Merv 10 - would like to buy increased Merv # next time .
