Just not usable. So many other resources out there. Disappointed.
There may be 100 monologues, but most will be completely unusable or uninteresting to your students, if you are a drama teacher like me. Especially for the price.

It is time we've added Phyllis Johnson's name to the list of today's "Great Thinkers."
Finally, someone has put together a (witty) collection of the daily ruminations that run through our subconscious. Johnson's whimsical humor and insightful nature sometimes leaves you with a childish grin or raised eyebrow, but always with a warmer heart.

Just Me, 100 Monologues for Teens
Just Me, 100 Monologues for Teens is one of the most inspiring books I've read in years. At the very age when teens are asking themselves the questions; "Who am I?" and "What am I going to be?", Phyllis Johnson offers these monologues to help them find the answers. She gives reassurance to the young person who might be second guessing their calling as an artist or a teacher and fair warning to the troubled teen headed down the wrong path. There is power in the spoken word and each of these monologues demand to be read aloud as declarations of self awareness. Where was this book 40 years ago when I was thirteen?
