No lo compre no hay garantÃa pierdes tu dinero
Terrible experiencia NO LO COMPRE, Amazon vende este producto pero no hay garantÃa te manda ha contactarte con el proveedor en Miami y luego ellos te contactan con técnicos en China y cuando verifican que el producto tiene falla el envÃo a China te cuesta más que lo que costo el Goip. Este Goip es generación 2 y no sirve con todas los SIM card. También falla 2 puertos y se corta la comunicación en 15 segundos o hay interferencia. En Miami dan 3 meses de garantÃa y en China un año que no lo puedes aplicar porque el costo del envÃo es superior al de la compra

Zero support and a very light manual. Otherwise the unit works
I would like to clarify that the unit seems to work fine; however there is NO SUPPORT which is burden when something you want to do is not in the manual (which is very brief). I am pretty sure the unit requires one or two upgrades but there is no place to get them.I was able to add 5 simms and make the unit work; but it was not easy and I have lots of expertise in communications equipment.Basically buy it if you know what you do and do not require support

Two ports didn't work
As a I have read from others, two of the ports didn't work upon arrival. The rest of the ports work fine and the unit itself too. The seller was Flytec Computers.
