This is a great value! Banners have to be assembled, but I didn’t mind doing it considering the price. Though the paper isn’t super thick, no issues with tearing. It’s not like we’ll be reusing these things over and over, anyway. I like that the pack came with matching balloons. Made a simple and inexpensive family birthday party seem like more effort was put into it. ;) I recommend.
