Another Trailer Essential — Set It & Forget It
Just like the others from Walex, these are a must for travel trailer life. Easy drop-in use, and the Alpine Fresh scent actually holds up. Keeps things clean and odor-free without any hassle. If you’re on the road, toss a few of these in your kit — total game-changer.

Yes! It works! Camping potty savior
I am in a remote off grid cabin and have a little camping potty for overnight needs. I have been using it for over a year and never put chemicals or anything but soapy water in it to clean it. But now despite not ever going number 2 in it, it had gotten really stinky to the point that every time I opened the lid to use it, it would stink up the bathroom. I was skeptical but decided to toss one in (with a little water) after cleaning as usual. I am happy to say my potty doesn’t stink up the bathroom anymore. Smiley face! The pouch dissolved quickly and the ‘alpine’ scent is pleasant although not what I expected as a pine scent. But still even though it’s not the alpine I wanted, it still smells clean and fresh. Highly recommended.

Works well with out added chemicals
Excellent product. I highly recommend it. Manages oder well and turns everything to liquid for draining, with out chemicals that cannot be removed in the sewage treatment process. We initially had minor odor issues, but have realized that with any cleaner all fans sucking out air from the camper will suck out air form the toilet into the camper. We also realized that the Thetford toiled provides a helpful sealing action when flushing. So in addition to using this or any product: turn off all of the out take fans and close the lid when flushing. IIt seems to work well for 5 to seven days, the maximum I wait before emptying the tank. If temperatures are 95 and above for several days you may want to use Porta-Pak a chemical based produce. Finally, a note on the use of bio-pad and cleaning agents: Bleach based products and many other chemical based products will kill the enzyme that is the basis of this product. I use Green Works and this seems to be friendly enough. I use other products to clean the toilet just before I dump. I suspect that some to the less positive reviews may relate to this issue. If you are not going to use "chemical" bast agents you have to use similar cleaners. Most additives on the market will reduce the odor associated with raw sewage, but none willl make it smell like a bed of flowers. This product does a great job and it will not have to be removed during sewage treatment. (In most cases they are not removed, just diluted.) Nor will it harm septic systems.(A final note: When talking with manufactures about sented products they note that the scents are for the customers when they open the package. The scents are totally lost when the product is sent into the tank.)

works good
Product was good for what I used it for, however the odor control part was not up to par. I did order my original type of dissolvents since then

Great Product
I bought a tiny teardrop trailer in January and set off knowing nothing. Into the California desert where temps in March hit 100 or close to it more than once. P U. These are amazing. I wish these were available in 50 pacs--the blue ones in the 50 pac do not get well reviewed. These are expensive for my budget but an absolute necessity. I have a small holding tank. Things got pretty bad pretty fast. I threw one in immediately and there was improvement. After dumping and closing seal--did another with about 2 gallons of water. About halfway full holding tank (i'm guessing) was stinky again so tossed in another. And another after dumping. after a couple of cycles like that with two per tank, I am now fine with only one per tank. Caveat--left nearly empty tank with bio pak in it for 3 days and returned. Stinky. Best to keep the whole system moving. When connected to city water I take showers long enough to fill up gray tank quickly and then release sewage (does not need to be full), then release gray water tank in a big whoosh to help the sewage clear the hose. This may all be obvious to most people reading this, but sure wish i'd known ahead of time. Awesome Product. I truly love the smell. It is very clean and pretty and does not smell overly chemical or lysol like.

Exceeded Expectations
This stuff worked fantastic in our little camp toilet. With all the Covid closing issues our Lake Association hasn’t opened up our bath house yet. So we had to purchase a private porta potty if we wanted to camp over Memorial Day weekend. Our set up is the two tank system. One tank is flush water and the other is a 5 gallon collection tank. I dropped one of these bad boys in on Saturday and dissolved it. Used the potty all weekend and never had a smell problem. Went number 1 and number two. Used regular toilet paper and even the dreaded “flushable wipes”. We packed up on Monday and took the tank down to the septic hole to dump it and everything had liquified. Just a crazy green liquid that smelled like old green air fresheners with an obvious under funk. Like how you imagine an old New York cab lol. I mean it is poo after all. My only complaint is they could make the pine scent a little more “pine” if that makes sense. Anyway, it may not have been an RV size tank but it more than exceeded my expectations. I will add though, the more water you add the better. I did add more water and slosh it a bit before dumping it. Just to get everything good and mixed.
