I was looking for good quality cacao powder for my protein shakes, I loved this one. It taste delicious and its very smooth in my shakes. Loved that its certified organic.

We add this cacao powder to coffee and works well added to a protein shake. It tastes delicious. Quality product at a good value for the size.

During cooler weather we use this a lot. It makes a great natural hot chocolate mix. I like to froth some up in a little cold milk first, then add hot water. For a richer drink, I froth the cacao and milk over low to medium heat on the stove. The color and aroma are classic cacao, rich and satisfying. I also like to make "power balls" using this cacao powder, some nut butter, coconut oil or butter, some other powdered herbs and a little honey. A healthier boost of energy than energy drinks! We've bought this brand often and are always pleased with the freshness.
