I thought this was a simple thing to install, but when it arrived, I realized it was a complicated process to remove the old battery and replace it with this one. There were no instructions at all included with the product, so I had to go on Youtube to find instructions. There I discovered that you need to have a heat gun or other heat device to melt the adhesive for the old battery and remove it. Then you need adhesive (not included with this product) to install the new battery. I finally decided to just get a new phone. This product was completely useless. They need to tell you what is involved, send instructions and include all the materials you need to do the replacement.

So, I had bought this to replace my old battery from the S8+ cause it was swollen. It was dying really fast. Taking the phone apart was the hardest part but once you get the back cover off and make sure you don't pull the wire for the fingerprint out in the process then it was easy. The battery fits just like the oem one and now it last so much longer. Great battery so far and I don't have any issues with. For the price I would highly recommend this.

Very easy to install and seemed to work great at first but now, after 3 months, it doesn't last the full day. Very disappointed.

The battery was good. Held a charge for a decent amount of time for a teenager being on it all the time.
