I don't have peripheral neuropathy or diabetes. I bought this out or curiosity to know it's effects on my mood.The effects started becoming noticeable in about 6 days.Overall it feels like my sympathetic nervous system has calmed down. Im now less in that fight/flight mode. I don't overly react to things. I'm getting less triggered. Yes all of you reading this know what I'm talking about..I am calmer. This is indeed a beautiful supplement. I eat Lions Mane later on the same day and I like the combo.I am noticing other positive effects starting to come up but it's too early to comment on them. (For example I would suddenly get an intense urge to pee but now it has reduced. I cannot confirm whether the B1 improved it or something else because it's too early)But I'm going to stop taking this everyday. Instead, once or twice a week is enough. Since this is a fat soluble B1, it should stay in my system for some time.

useful for numbness and tingling in arm and feet . take one hour after meal or on empty stomach along with vitamin B 12 , for 3 months

No effect. Nothing significant. Not sure after 1 month use

My general experience with 'Doctor's Best' products is very good. However, with 'Doctor's Best' Benfotiamine, its bad.I bought 'Doctor's Best' Benfotiamine and started taking this once a day. Found it very difficult to digest. Had bloating and constipation that took weeks to settle. I gave the rest of the bottle to a friend, thinking that the problem was me, and that it must have been my reaction. My friend had the same result.Benfotiamine is a synthetically made, fat-soluble B1 vitamin (Natural Vitamin B1 is water soluble) From my experience, no one should take this, and just stick to something else.Given that its expensive also, this experiment was a waste of money also.
