This works wonders to improve fatigue symptoms for fibromyalagia. It will take about 3 or 4 days to notice the improvement. If I forget it for a couple of days then my fatigue symptoms worsen. It does not completely eliminate my fatigue but does make a noticeable improvement. The taste is a little sweet and I mix it into some juice or Kooaid. It will make soda fizz and bubble up and over the glass so leave some room if you add it to soda.

Not sure yet whether it's helping me with energy but the product seems top quality, instructionson container clear. Price a bit high but clearly for the pure manufacture of the product. Will buy more,I am sure.
