I have signal! Works with TIVO!
When I moved into my apartment, someone took their splitter. The cable guy did not offer one so I went online to buy one. This splitter works very well. It created signal into all the rooms for my Tivo system to run. I highly recommend it.

It is a extended frequency splitter. Works fine in my application.

Perfect for MoCa application
Worked perfectly on the first try. Arrived in a timely fashion; thankful for my Prime membership! While Comcast tech was here for different issue, he checked it out for me and agreed it was the perfect match for my needs; main line servicing 3 modem/tvs in 3 different rooms.

FAILED IN LESS THAN A YEAR!!
Failed after less than a year. Unfortunately initial failure mode was intermittent. It has taken several months and multiple service calls by cable company techs trying to find the source of intermittent Internet and CATV outages. Finally failed hard enough two days ago for us to locate this splitter as the culprit. Purchased 13 months ago so I guess I'm SOL as far as warranty.

500mb/s Real world throughput achievable.
These work great. I’ve achieved 500mb/s through 3 total splits (some of these count as more than one split depending on how many output ports there are) with these splinters with a MoCA 2.0 Adapter (Zyxel hla4205)

Seem OK but for slight corrosion
Corrosion appeared on the exterior only 4 months after installation (outside the house). Did not seem to effect performance, however.

The balanced splitter is probably better to have in many cases
Picture shows an unbalanced splitter, with one leg at 3.9hz and two legs at 7.7hz. Splitter received was a balanced splitter with three legs all at 5.5hz. The balanced splitter is probably better to have in many cases, so no issues, but buyers should be aware of what they are getting.

works well but does not last
works well for moca network and TV/cable too, unlike other splitters. The unbalanced output could be good for a moca device on the lesser loss.Edit.It worked well only for 30 days. There was a sudden drop in signal power after that, confirmed by the twc technician with their tools.Looks like I've got a 'lemon'.
