Game changer in making sourdough bread!

I use this to mix bread dough and to let the dough rise in it. The clear sides and the volume markings make it easy to see when dough has increased 50% or doubled or whatever the recipe calls for. It is sturdy. Easy to clean. I would have liked a top for it, but I just cover my dough with Saran Wrap instead.This works fine for my purposes.

Great container! But unfortunately, the seller didn’t include a description of a matching lid (which is not included).That’s what I found out;When you buy a green lid here, made by Cambro for 2 Qt and 4 Qt square container, it won’t fit.The reason is, it’s an “old style”. The new style has handles, the old one doesn’t,And that lid is made for the new one.Same model number though.After buying a couple time the wrong lid here and sending them back, I found the right one at a local restaurant supply store.Just Google Cambro manufacturing customer service and ask for an “old” lid.Good luck!

This product was recommended (Alexandra's Kitchen) for proofing my sourdough bread. I was delighted to discover that 2 of these can fit in the refrigerator side by side instead of just one bowl. So now I can proof 2 loaves of bread at a time and don't need to shuffle items in the fridge so much in order to fit that large bowl. These are also National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) approved for food products.

What is listed is 4 qt Camsquare square container. What was sent was the 4 qt Cambro FreshPro square container. Agrueably, it is a 5 star product. What I was expecting was the Camsquare w/o lid. I have extra Camsquare lids. They don't fit the Freshpro containers. That is the only reason I purchased one w/o lid so now I'm looking for a single FreshPro lid that ships to Alaska at a reasonable price. It would be a 4 star item if they sent the item that is listed.

Item is as expected, arrived with some deep scratches

Product appears to be of good quality but arrived with many permanent scratches and scuffs, so perhaps it was a return and or possibly used

I purchased these for my dough proofing because I am a home baker. I love that these are translucent so that allows me to keep a good eye on my dough as it rises. They also have options for you to get bigger sizes, and more containers, they also have others that are the same brand that come with lids. I am very happy with these and I am very pleased with the price on these. They are very durable and I don't find them easy to break or crack.
