The Bonafide has been updated for 2018 and is better than ever! Blizzard has taken their successful all mountain ski and given it a more aggressive, shorter tip profile, a slightly smaller turn radius, and a progressive rocker concept. The result is a brand new Bonafide that has better turn initiation, better edge grip on firm snow, better flotation in soft snow, and ultimately an improved overall feel as an all mountain ski. The Bonafide has always been a favorite among relatively aggressive skiers who valued its two sheets of metal and relatively stiff flex pattern. The new Bonafide retains this powerful feel that made the original ski so famous, yet has improved upon it by making it a touch more user friendly for those who shied away from the previous version. Although, don't get us wrong, they did not dumb down this ski at all. They did, on the other hand, smooth out turn initiation a little bit for skiers who found the previous version a bit too much ski. The slightly smaller turn radius (about 1 m difference at each length) gives the ski a snappier, quicker feel on groomers, while the Carbon Flipcore Technology combined with two sheets of titanal retain all the stability and power needed for aggressive skiing through variable terrain and conditions.
