When I first pulled this product box out of its shipping box, I was very nervous. This rather small box did not look like it could expand into the product I ordered. I was pleasantly surprised when removing the individual baskets from the box.I didn’t even need the instructions for the unfolding of the baskets and only looked at them for screw placement and to distinguish between top, middle, and bottom baskets when stacking. They are true to size measurements provided and hold everything I was hoping they would.Currently, I have this unit standing on a floor rather than hanging on a wall. I may attach it to or hang it up above the floor on the cabinet it is leaning against, as it doesn’t stand quite straight and the gap is obvious and in full view. Lifting it would also allow my little robot vacuum to clean underneath it.This unit is perfect for my needs - corralling miscellaneous food storage containers that seem to be difficult to keep together otherwise. I love the detachable chalkboards on the chrome version I bought, which can also fit on the outside of each baskets making them easier to read. This is so simple to put together and it looks great (aside from the aforementioned gap). I’m planning to buy at least two more to go beside this one (to hold craft items and vacuum parts), and am considering others for my pantry. I hope they keep these stocked, as the price is a bit steep, so I cannot order many more right away. I believe it is well worth the price and I’d recommend this to anyone looking to organize small storage items or contain clutter.

I was tired of using a cheap hanging plastic bag for storing vacuum tools. This hanging wire basket allows the tools to be visibly recognizable and more than ample space for storing other cleaning related items. In this regard, it serves my needs.The middle tier of the 3 hanging baskets had a broken weld preventing that basket from being assembled. I contacted Melissa at Saratoga Home, and she immediately remedied the problem by quickly delivering a replacement at no cost to me. She made this as hassle free as possible which was much appreciated.Since my application was being hung from a concrete block wall, I used a hex head anchor screw https://www.amazon.com/Powers-Fastening-Innovations-04180-Stainless/dp/B00ITG72N0 . Assembling the 3 baskets together is easy, especially if referring to the directions. I found lining up the screw holes to the wall, and then securing the assembled baskets to the wall a bit challenging. Because of the way the wall hole attachments are placed inside the baskets, the holes need to be marked and the assembled baskets removed since there is insufficient room to get a drill into the cramped space. It also doesn't help that the rear screw heads holding the baskets together are not flush to the wall attachment thereby making the bottom basket stand off the wall slightly. This has no negative impact once the baskets are installed but makes this wall mounting task a bit more difficult. Working alone, I installed one corner and started the anchor screw, and then swung the assembled unit out of the way each time I drilled the next hole until all 4 holes were finished. It would be easier if this was hung with another person holding it in place.Overall, I'm satisfied with the product, and the customer service was great.

Overall a good product. There was a few sharp pieces of metal hanging off of it that I had to cut off. I also replaced the round pan screws with countersunk screws for a more flush mount. The anchors that come with it aren’t very good, so I’d recommend getting toggles.

This wire basket system must be factory assembled and shipped assembled. I had to take the middle and upper baskets apart post-assembly (back to their 2-dimensional shape) in order to fasten the machine screws to the corresponding nut because the bottom grid of the baskets interfered with the head of the screw. Brackets designed to hold the front to the sides aren't square to the frame so the set screws barely do their job of maintaining the basket's shape. It has to be hung on the wall assembled, which is difficult without a 2nd pair of hands to hold it in place while marking. The "chalkboards" aren't chalkboards; they're metal plates painted black and require white paint rather than chalk for labeling. I'm fairly adept with hand tools and DIY projects, but this "simple" basket system took me over 5 hours to assemble. And it's not yet hung on the wall in the kitchen. Wish me luck!

It's a lot bigger then I thought. Can fit a lot of things and looks beautiful on the wall with all the fruits and veggies. Like some piece of art.We are moving soon, that thing is definitely coming with us.No more mess around the kitchen.

This is a well made and useful unit. I put one in my workroom and will get another one to add to the workroom. Since I am limited on closet space I will put a couple of the black ones in the bedroom also. Easy to put together, quite sturdy. A good buy for me. This unit holds quite a bit.

I didn't notice at first that there are two sizes of screw, so I had to disassemble and start over. Other than that it was quick and easy to set up.These are VERY sturdy and would even pass in a commercial setting. They can hold much more than I expected which is a happy surprise.

I have limited counter space, and needed somewhere to put stuff that wasn't my counter. My husband installed this on the wall but we used some of our own tools as the pieces provided were insufficient. I'm holding out hope that I can leave potatoes here for an extended period of time without them going bad, as opposed to leaving them in the bag or on the counter.

I have recently started juicing and needed extra storage for my fruits as my vegetables were taking up a lot of fridge space. Decided to give this product a try. Absolutely love it! It's trendy, and I love that it doesn't take up floor real estate. Super fast shipping as well. I highly recommend this product.

Love this stacked storage option for veggies, fruits etc. I was able to reclaim valuable space on my tabletop and cupboards. It is also great to be able to see all the fresh foods in one place so we can quickly eyeball what we need to pick up on the next grocery run or what we should cook next before it goes bad.

These bins are exactly what I was looking for to store my root vegetables, etc. in. They were easy to erect and install and are very sturdy yet they don’t take up much room on the wall. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Nothing we dislike about this storage system. It’s well made, practical and very versatile. We ordered a second one before we finished installing the first one lolNo regrets in purchasing this item.
