Not Subdued or OD
Bought this to cover my military issued ACU rucksack with sustainment pouches. Fully loaded with a 2 qt canteen on one side and an e-tool on the other under the sustainment pouches it did not (quite) fit. Walking around in monsoon rain storms at JRTC, it kept my ruck 90% dry which is basically what I was looking for. Military Folks- This cover is not a subdued or OD type green. This guy is reflective silver on the inside and a shiny, almost (but not quite) OD green on the outside. My PSG walked past my fighting position containing my ruck and this cover attached and was not pleased. I subtracted one star because the picture looks like a subdued OD green, which it is not. Elastic held up well. Might spray paint it coyote or something ha.

Perfect fit with some extra room for my 60L
Bought this for my Osprey Volt 60L pack and it fits perfect with extra room to cover some things that were strapped outside.

Loved this, it stayed with me for 1 year of being on the road
Loved this bag cover. I have a women's Osprey 55L and man this did the job, fit well, and kept my bag clean in all sorts of environments and relatively protected from the rain (although I don't think it's 100% waterproof). Regardless I was very happy with this purchase. The cover reduces in size substantially and fits in a small pocket in your bag, is easy to clean, very lightweight and compact. I was happy with it and would totally get another one if I backpack for a year again =)

Stays on my pack.
I have lucked out and haven't needed to use the cover in the pouring rain, just a few light sprinkles. It does stay on my Kelty Catalyst 76 which is very nice. I have seen more than one backpack rain cover on the trail where it has slipped off a pack. I am very satisfied so far, but again haven't had it in the pouring rain.
