Awesome on sandwiches.
Had this many years ago while visiting New Orleans. Has a wonderful muffaletta from the Central Grocery store with this spread inside. Very much made the sandwich one to remember. Have been buying and using it ever since. Thank you.

Best Olive salad anywhere
This olive salad comes from New Orleans Central market, I bought my first bottle there 30 years ago I’ve been originated ever cents. I put it on everything sandwiches, salads or hot Italian food. It’s very good.

The Lid was not sealed
There were no leaks but the lid “popped” in transit.No longer a sealed lid. Here’s why. The jar was allowed to roll around in the shipping box. I’m sure it was bouncing around and that’s how the lid popped and broke the seal. When canning you will notice the lid will seal, leaving an indent on top.This lid had no indication of that at all.Although the jar was bubble wrapped, the lid had no chance with bouncing around inside shipping box. I can now see why people said the jar leaked.Normally I would return because of this but it was still fresh. The product itself is great and good tasting.

Received with a Broken Seal
I do not recommend this product for purchase online. I received my jar and when I opened the box the jar was covered in oily liquid from the jar. The jar was not cracked or damaged and the seal around the lid was intact, but the Lid seal was broken. Since I could not ascertain how long the seal had been broken I was afraid to taste the Olive salad in fear of botulism.I notified the company immediately through Amazon and I have yet to hear anything back from them.Poor product backup.

Expensive but worth it
The price is a bit much, but this is the best of all the brands I’ve tried. I love it on sandwiches, salads, and sometimes use it as a condiment for grilled chicken.

Great product, just like in New Orleans.
Outstanding product. Three orders since having it in New Orleans. Double yum!! The shipper needs to be sure the lid is on tight!! Last two orders the lid was a little loose so there was a very slight leak of olive oil. Keep using bubble wrap when wrapping for shipping. Seems to work best.
