A big improvement over double-sided tape. Looks much better than the mounting stalk DJI includes with their GPS units as well. Mine was a little wobbly, even when tightened down fully, but I solved that by putting a tiny rubber o-ring inside the locking cone. If you end up buying this, take note of the tiny set screws you'll need to tighten to lock the graphite (?) tube in place. For added peace of mind I put a little dab of thread locker on both set screws.

Replaced the one supplied by DJI with this one and really gives good reception and less interference. I like the anodized red especially because it matches with the original DJI legs. If you upgrade or purchase additional neewer legs supports, and in all black, this piece really contrasts nicely making for a nice rig setup! Highly recommend and would definitely by another if anything happens to my current.

Like the other reviews stated, this does have some wiggle. It seemed great at first, but then the cap actually broke and the thing had at least half an inch play flopping back and forth. It is made of flimsy metal.
