SEM 40903 1K Hs Clear Aerosol - 15.5 oz.

This paint is amazing! Forget that Duplicolor lacquer crap they sell at the local parts store. I used this to restore the scraped-up trim on my car (along with SEM Factory Pack black color coat) and was flabbergasted with how perfect the end result was. The spray pattern is such that it's meant for painting larger areas than I needed it for (would've worked well for painting a fender or quarter panel.) I'd say it was a 4" to 5" fan, so there was a bit of overspray. That being said, I would not hesitate to purchase this again. Just be sure to use a respirator, as the "dust cloud" lingers a bit longer with this than it does with "Craplicolor."

This clear coat is awesome! It laid down better than some gun jobs I have seen. i bought this to do some emblem matching with, after wetsand and buffing it looks just like an OEM finish.

This system is amazing! I used the bc/cc rattle cans to repaint the faded and dinged up side molding on my Silverado. It turned out perfect! It only took a couple of hours!! Great stuff!!

Works great and a good value

Used this for top coat on my amber turn signals. Uv didn't help worth a crap for the amber paint to fade in less than 1 month. Not impressed.

Gave my small repair job a nice finish. Even my neighbor commented on how good it looked.

I have use this on aluminum Wheels my experience was that lay down with great shine and very smother than clear max 1k almost to where you don't need to color sand it but I would do that anyways for great shine after your 3rd medium to 4th coat little heavier but I also notice witch cause me to start all over and or i had to sand finish down couple layers waste clear is that if you lay down few passes and not wait for it to flash and ad another after 10 min it will Run on you cause big problem bye time it dry your not able sand it to clean finish it will run right throw the rest of Layers that was applied so keep you sprat 6 to 8 inches and spray left Right pattern go two times wait don't worry about shine because you will need to color sand after cure time my experience I would go 24HRS to 48 and 1 week to bond to 1 month on safe side that means don't spray any solvents or water absolutely nothing till completely dry or you will need start all over practice makes prefect sand with 1500 2000 2500 3000 for polish shine with out to much pressure applied let sand paper do work not your muscles wipe down to make sure you don't take to much products off once its cloudy smother ready for polish mag Gloss and perfect it and seal wax after you will be happy just help out less star Reviews its not really product you need Learn how use spray can and urethane clear if you happy with enamel go for it i got bunch of them here I can give you Lol yes I know what im doing after 40+ Years in automotive Restoration the only Reason I give 4 star is that will Run like River good Luck Cheers👍
