BraceUP Arm Sling for Shoulder Injury for Women and Men - Rotator Cuff Torn, Wrist and Elbow Surgery with Adjustable Padded Arm Support Straps

After having suffered a serious shoulder injury, I needed something that was going to ease the pressure on my shoulder whilst also being practical and easy to put on. This sling fitted the bill exactly. It can be adjusted to suit the individual, is easy to put on, offers great support and comfort. It also has pockets for your phone! What more could you ask! This is a brilliant product, which I highly recommend.

I need a sling for additional pain relief from a torn rotator cuff and ac joint injury, until I have surgery. Will also need it post-op for immobilisation. I chose this brace as it doesn't have clips to secure it and I thought this would be easier. I just put my arm in and lift the neck strap over my head to put it on. I have found it very effective in supporting my arm and reducing the pain.It is lightweight and the breathable material means it doesn't become hot to wear. There are 2 thumb loops so this is versatile for the left or right arm. The padded section next to the neck is fixed, so it doesn't slip and there are no sharp strap edges nextcto your skin. I use the two internal pockets for my phone and door key and there is enough room in the sling to rest a small purse or wallet in there too. I've put this in the washing machine (in a mesh bag) and no damage at all. I plan to buy a second brace before surgery, so I always have a clean one to wear.My only negative point is that I have had to adjust the strap to its shortest for my arm to be at a high enough position (elbow at a right angle) for the sling to relieve pain. Anyone wanting a support that holds the forearm at a higher position, won't be able to with this unless they shorten the strap (something I plan on doing).

Great value for money. I’ve had mine for 4 weeks now and it’s still as new . Comfortable and practical design. It has a netted pocket on the inside which is ideal for carrying my mobile . Sling is padded and can be adjusted so it can fit anyone . Highly recommend

I’d had surgery and hospital provided me with a very uncomfortable sling. I looked initially for a pad for my neck as it was giving me head and neck ache.I came across this sling and it is AMAZING. Very comfortable, supports the hand (which I needed) as well as elbow and lower arm. It has an adjustable strap to get it right for your height/needs.It made a huge difference to a more comfortable recovery. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!!

This is a very comfortable sling, but unfortunately it just isn't adjustable enough. If you want your hand near your neck and elbow lower (which I do) it's not suitable. I will make adjustments to it myself as it is comfortable and doesn't dig into my neck!

Good product although slightly large for me. Handy inside pockets for your phone etc Would recommend

This is a good quality product, which works well, but is a little awkward to fit properly.

Really good product and far more comfortable than the NHS issues item I was given post shoulder surgery. The adjustable strap is really useful although it needs a stop as it frequently comes apart if you adjust it too far. Overall very happy with my purchase.
