Fence Post Extender 2-3/8 Inches, Length (Rise) 36 inches, Color Silver

My fence posts were to low. I could have made a make shift solution, but when you're investing thousands of dollars on a fence you don't want to cheap out on a spot to end up with a worse looking product that shortens the life of your fence. I bought these, and they slide on literally in 2 seconds. They are solid metal, I can tell they will last a LONG time, and they easily solved my problem.

Fits like a glove. Nicely finished. Easy to use the set screws to fix the extender onto an existing post. All in all, well machined. We used it to extend a fence pole for a solar panel so it would have a complete range of motion and not be close to the fence or hedge. Shipping seems a bit expensive, but it is a custom item.

Replaced a 4 foot chain link fence with a 6 foot wood fence. I used this to extend the existing metal posts up to a height that would accommodate the new 6 foot wood fence. These extenders were shipped from Texas so it took a couple of days for them to arrive. Also had to pay shipping. Between the price of the extender and the shipping it was kinda expensive, thus the 4 rating. Installation was relatively easy. The clearances were close so I used a heavy hammer to hit the top of the extender to get it to seat on the fence post (used a block of wood between the extender and the hammer to protect the top of the extender). Three self drilling screws were provided with each extender to secure it to the pole. The screws went in easily. Overall very satisfied.

Excellent product. Allowed me to alter my fence and look like new.

This are a perfect fit to extend my fence post.

This fence post extender did the trick. We didn't want to dig up our old post, but wanted a taller fence. This product worked perfectly. Plan on using them again on another project later this year.
