Great price, product and customer service!
First off, I have NEVER owned or installed an RODI system. Only have read and YouTubed it. I am NOT handy at all. If I can do it, anyone can!Received my the Koolermax AR-125. Installation was simple, and instructions were easy to read. Item was received one day early from due date (shipped from Anaheim to Georgia) and were packaged securely.I made 5 gallons of RODI in less that 20 minutes and it reads my water pressure at 68.TDS prior to installation was 139. RO TDS from the spigot reads 25. After DI TDS is 0. Drinking water is much better tasting than what we get with the faucet filters (Pure) and pitcher filters we have (Brita).I only have a couple of issues:First, the tubing as well as the ON/OFF switch for the DI out are missing. They are listed on the instruction checklist.The second is that we have a slow (1 drop every 2.5 seconds) leak from the feed tubing that is connected to the water adapter.Also, the instructions mentions sleeves but there is no mention of it in the items checklist. Although it hasn't led to any leaks though.I have reached out Koolermax and will update this review in regards to their customer support.Update: I received an email stating that they would ship replacement parts for the tube and ball valve but asked me to call technical support in regards to the leak. I work during customer service hours I wasn't able to call until the end of the week. When I called they informed me that they already sent all replacement parts except the fitting that was leaking.Technical support walked me through some steps to ensure it was installed correctly and then told me they would be sending me a replacement brass fitting.All in all, very happy with my purchase and the great customer service. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an RO drinking faucet and DI for their aquarium.

Almost there but not quite
The install instructions leave a bit to be desired and the kit did not come with a water line or ball valve for the DI output (it's a two output system right?) But it looks to be quality stuff from a good company. Not actually using it for my aquarium yet since the DI output is not providing 0 TDS water. I wonder if it really needs the second stage of DI that the AR-122 version is equipped with? I'll probably order another DI filter from Koolermax and plumb it in series with the one that the AR-125 is equipped with.

Installation was easy, however it was not due to the directions
Installation was easy, however it was not due to the directions.It's a good starter unit, it takes my tap water from 78 ppm to 8 ppm before the DI filter.

Just got it going today, had to buy another water line and valve for the aquarium side, so far so good otherwise, i may invest in a booster pump, i do have about 50# pressure coming into the RO, now to wait and taste the difference the drinking water side will be
