Good appetite suppressant, but read the label and know what you're getting
Great appetite suppressant, but I believe that it is all it does. I combined this supplement with Forskolin to see if I get better results with weight loss. So far I have lost 8 pounds in six weeks, but I attribute this to my lifestyle changes of less calorie intake, and exercising four times a week for one hour. This supplement comes with a warning for people with heart disease and blood pressure issues, so you really need to consult your doctor before using the Garcinia Cambogia this product offers. Also this product comes with a blend of Chromium. Calcium. and Potassium for people that aren't aware of this. I'm not saying not to buy this product if you have a desire to do so, but you need to be informed as to what you're getting. As I said in my Forskolin review, these supplements are not miracle pills; so don't expect a lot of weight loss. A healthy well balanced diet lower in calories and exercise is what mainly you need, but like I said they are good appetite suppressants.

Don't make same mistake!
Gave me Bad stomach cramps and when I threw up my first pill I threw out the bottle. Something all natural should not do that to my stomach. I have a sensitive stomach, thought that because it said no side effects and that it was all natural that I would be fine, but after 2 months of not taking it my stomach cramps have FINALLY gone away.

Horrible! does not work
Horrible! does not work! Made me bloated, have major headaches and nausea. This is the second diet pill i bought because Dr. oz says it works and i have been highly disappointed with both. Never again will i listen to him.

I've purchased this product repeatedly in the past with the same label; yet the pill ingredients HAS changed!This is a major laxative causing chronic digestive issues!! I've had the pills analyzed by a chemist & my Dr did a stool culture!Buyer Beware!!!

I have bought the product and am using it daily as directed, I HAVE lost 2 pounds per week since January 19th. Was it taking the product only? NO. I have had to diet and exercise. Would I have lost the same without the product? Definitely possible. However, I can attest to the appetite control. Energy and definitely the mood. My mood is MUCH improved. So there you have it...I tried it and I can make a true evaluation.
