Good heat protection, but not "one size fits all", more like Large
I had a silicone mitten for the BBQ which I stole from the kitchen and wanted to get something with better dexterity (in addition to returning my wife's gloves). These "one size fits all" seemed to be the right item. I normally fit well into gloves that are XL. Sometimes the normal XL glove fingers are short for my fingers, but acceptable. My fingers are not thick, but regular in thickness. These gloves are more like L (large). They are almost a full finger joint short and tight on my fingers. When I try to take of the gloves, the silicone forms a tight seal and I have to struggle a bit, especially if I have any sweat or moisture on my hands. The prime purpose of the gloves are to protect your hands from heat. They work well. They even protect the wrist area, which people forget about and often burn. I like them, just wish they were one size larger for my XL hands.

These gloves are great
I was skeptical at first, having seen these at the big box stores for about $10 more on amazon. Plus, at the big box stores, it was a silicone mitten rather than an actual glove, which I wanted.I use these gloves daily; whether it be in the kitchen, garage or outside. These are high quality and very durable. I picked up a pan that had been on broil (500 degrees F) and I did not feel any warmth, nor did the glove melt. Granted, it was only for a few seconds, but nevertheless they held up well.I've picked up hot logs from the fire pit, hot BBQ grates from BBQ'ing and even hot pots that I've been canning tomatoes in all day. These gloves are wonderful and I do not hesitate recommending them to anyone.

Good heat protection but tight fit - also has a safety hazard
Had these for a few years - they provide good heat protection but they are tough to get on and off. i am a male w/ average size hands (mens large gloves). they are very snug. they also started to tear at the thumb / index finger joint on both gloves. the gloves were always stored indoors and were dry - just tore and burned my hand cause i didn't notice. i would not recommend these gloves for your daily oven mitts.

these are great! My issue is that I have larger hands ...
As far as protection from heat, these are great! My issue is that I have larger hands and once I've gotten them inside these and then handled hot BBQ I have to have someone help me get them off. I stood around for 20 min one day after taking a brisket off the grill in these trying to get them off because the outsides become incredibly slick. I nearly had to chew them off!!!!!

MUST HAVE for the outdoor BBQer!
These are the best things I have purchased for my smoker. They allow me to pickup briskets, pork butts and whole chickens easily without them falling apart like they would with tongs. they are a little stiff, but that is because they provide so much protection. I can't recommend these gloves enough to people that grill a lot.

Good product--I like the gloves instead of mitts
These work well. Nice to have heat resistant gloves instead of mitts. They protect my hands from the heat, even when the oven is at a high temperature. I wish, though, that they were even longer to better protect my wrists and forearms, and that they were a more neutral color--the orange is kind of loud and doesn't match my kitchen colors.

Only used once so far with a new grill which gets quite hot. These did not allow me to keep my hands over the fire. It's possible it was slightly hotter than the mitt's stated limit but given those pictures of people practically putting their hands in the fire I expected better.

Fantastic!
You will never use a cloth potholder or mitt again! They are non-slip, heat resistant and dishwasher safe. The only problem is they are a little tight on my husband's hands.
