Heavy Duty
Have used this (grey, heavy) band for a few weeks as pull up assist and it seems to be extremely well made and has a lot of resistance. I have used it for other exercises, and its great. If you double it up, its a hell of a lot of force. So far I am very pleased and look forward to finding even more uses for this band. Theres cheaper options, but you get what you pay for. I do not want a band of this magnitude to snap in my face or worse places...... well worth the $

All around good strength choice for resistance and assistance training
Added this piece to help increase my pull-ups. Male approx. 160lbs. The band choice is the right resistant strength to help with increasing my reps. Also, been useful for other resistance training exercises involving different muscle groups when performing high repetitions.

Assists with pull ups
I use it to assist me with pull ups. I'm 5 ft 2 in tall, and weigh less than 140 lbs. I can't do a full pull up unassisted, so this helps me do at least 2 full pull ups back to back. I know this will help me to achieve my fitness goal of doing pull ups unassisted. Durable product.

Provides a lot of resistance for a "light" band
This product works great. But, if you're in only OK shape, I would be careful that this "light" band already provides a lot of resistance! I definitely would go for this one over the higher resistance bands sold by this company.

I see other bands like this broken on the floor of our building's gym. this is top quality from what I have experienced so far, recommend for anyone getting serious about upping their pull up count.
